Warranty Policy for TCS Oil Seal Products
TCS oil seals are warranted for one year from the date of shipment to the customer. In the event of oil/air leakage due to manufacturing or material defects under normal use in accordance with the original design, TCS reserves the right to retain or return the warranted product for evaluation.
If the evaluation is attributable to the warranted product, TCS will provide a free replacement of the warranted product (product replacement only, not including other dismantling or damage costs).
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
- The product has been subjected to abuse, misuse, misapplication, negligence, accidents, modification, alteration, or tampering.
- Damage caused by the buyer or end user not following normal operation or maintenance procedures.
- Damage caused by repair by unqualified technicians.
- Damage caused by operating in critical environments or equipment not approved by TCS.
- Damage caused by natural aging, decomposition, or changes in chemical structure.
- Modification or removal of the original identifying marks (e.g., trademarks, part numbers, etc.) of the oil seals.
- Damage caused by the use of materials or components not supplied or specified by TCS.
- Damage caused by following the Buyer's requirements or instructions.
- Damage caused by any cause not attributable to TCS.
- Invoices or other applicable documentation may be damaged, altered, invalidated, or not recognized.
- Damage caused by lightning or other electrical system malfunction.
- Damage caused by the use of unauthorized software or accessories.
- Damage caused by improper storage conditions, such as humidity, force, or dropping.
- Non-compliance with applicable laws, regulations or administrative requirements.
- Products that are not sold by TCS to the Buyer in the designated area.
